Camaguey, Sep 2.- The 24th edition of El Almacén de la Imagen (Warehouse of Image), a young audiovisual creators’ competitive event organized by the Hermanos Saíz Association (AHS), will take place in Camagüey city, from 17 to 20 September.
Artists can participate in the following audio-visual categories: documentary, fiction, mini-short, publicity and video clip.
The event also invites young researchers linked to audio-visual production and film critics to participate in theoretical meetings, with scientific papers on genre-related subject, especially on problematic and perspectives of Cuban audio-visual production.
An awards committee, integrated by leading personalities in the audio-visual field, will grant the Luces de la Ciudad Grand Prize to the best work, without distinction of genre and category.
With a yearly frequency in Camaguey city, El Almacén de la Imagen (Warehouse of Image) is one of the most important spaces to encourage the development and promotion of the audio-visual production by young creators in Cuba.
