Prensa Latina Photojournalist Exhibits Havana’s Charms at UN

United Nations, July 23 (Prensa Latina) The images of Vladimir Molina, photojournalist of the Latin American News Agency Prensa Latina, depict in the UN the charms of the Cuban capital and its people, just when Havana turns 500 years.

Habana 500 Real y Maravillosa photo exhibition reveals Molina´s passion for the beauty of a city privileged by its location, in the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea.

The photos were taken with love and heart, Molina told Prensa Latina after learning about the good reception in the UN. After a detailed study of different places, each one was taken at separate times to capture all the beauty of the capital, he explained via email.

Colors are natural and it is a Cuba-style approach, according to Molina who has been working in Prensa Latina for more than 20 years and has vast experience in covering domestic and international events.

His work -of several issues- has been part of over 14 collective exhibitions and has also made other personal exhibitions on the 500th anniversary of Havana and International Women’s Day.

The Cuban Ambassador to UN Humberto Rivero highlighted Molina’s desire of recording places that characterize the city and explain how the Cuban people live.
