Camaguey, Aug 25.- Conducting clinical trials is one of the actions carried out by the workers of the Maria Curie Oncological Hospital in this city, with the aim of safeguarding the condition of “Colectivo Moral” (high-morale staff), won last year thanks to results in several health indicators.This important health center applies therapeutic vaccines for esophagus and lung cancer, and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
On the other hand, the energy saving program has priority, with the correct use of high consumption means such as boilers, water pumps and equipments to sterilize surgical instruments, without disrupting the quality of the service.
The compliance of the surgical program, in the field of gynecology, urology, peripheral lesions and general surgery, was one of the reasons why the Maria Curie Oncological Hospital in Camaguey reached the condition of “Colectivo Moral”, which will be ratified by the Trade Union of the branch, if the health institution sustains such results.
