Havana, May 5 (Prensa Latina) Shortening distances between professional designers and end-users will be the main purpose of the 14th Design Week in Cuba, according to the organizers.
The Spanish-American Culture Center will be the venue of this event, extending from May 8-12 to other facilities such as the Visual Arts Development Center, the Cuban Rum Museums and the National Fine Arts Center, Lab-26, and the Higher Design Institute. Under the slogan ‘Design is to Share,’ the main activities are the experience exchange on Design Management, scheduled on Monday, May 8; and the launch of Poster Contest against the US Blockade against Cuba on May 9.
