Camagüey, Aug 8.- The professionalism of the hotels workers of Cubanacan Group, of Santa Lucia Beach in Camagüey, primes among the main motivations for national and foreign clients’ visit.
On the basis of systematic surveys applied to visitors, the hotel chain managers know the level of acceptance of the different services, which impacts the constant room’s occupancy and the revisitation of many of the tourists.
Julio del Toro Orozco, delegate of the Cubanacan Group in the province, mentioned that to face the clients’ discontent, they immediately look for a solution or explain the problem’s causes.
The manager added this is a customer care philosophy they have named “no complains” in order to guarantee the guests’ maximum enjoyment.
During the summer stage, the Cubanacan Group’s main aim is the domestic market, and the strategies to offer an excellent treatment to vacationers are also intended to this segment.
Cubanacan Group has a complex of four hotels: Brisas Santa Lucía, Gran Club Santa Lucía, Club amigo Mayanabo y Club Amigo Caracol; the latter is closed due to an investment process execution.
