Cuban Physicians in Liberia to Start Solidarity Work on Monday

HAVANA, Cuba, Oct 31 (acn) The Cuban health staff now in Liberia to support that country’s combat against Ebola, visited the field hospital where they will work starting from Monday.

Dr. Ronald Hernandez, member of the Cuban Brigade, wrote in Facebook:”Good afternoon to all friends. A few minutes ago we returned from the treatment unit where we will work starting from Monday and that will be inaugurated on Saturday by the President of Liberia. This unit has the best conditions to take care of patients and the best thing is that professionals of different countries will work together very closely. As our Commander in Chief says, a better world is possible, and this is a way to achieve that goal.”
