Cuba men ready for Caribbean Cup

DEFENDING CHAMPIONS Cuba have gotten three high profile international matches in preparation for the defence of the Caribbean Cup football championship, which takes place this November in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Cuba won the Caribbean Cup for the first time in 2012, when they edged eight-time champions Trinidad and Tobago 1-0 in the Antigua & Barbuda final, after finishing second to the same side in a semi-final qualifying group a few months before in Tobago.

Not having to qualify along with hosts Jamaica, Cuba will play friendly matches against Honduras, Guatemala and Panama, all of whom are using the matches as preparation for the Central American championships in September.
