Camaguey, Dec 31.- Projects that promote good practices associated with the harmony between coastal management and tourism development in the North Cays of this province, are among the most important results of the Science and Technology Innovation System this year, in Camaguey.
Actions that promote the export, import substitution and food production, are some of the main achievements of the delegation of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (CITMA) in Camaguey.
Doctor Andrea Armas Rodríguez, provincial delegate of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, said that the actions have been focused on projects of sanitation and environment management, development of city tourism, energy efficiency and climate change, among others.
This province shows also significant results in the conservation and protection of the environment and in the rational use of energy.
