Our globetrotting readers have been traveling around the world. Now they’re sharing images and travel tips in one of our most beloved reader features, Wish You Were Here.

CUBA: Los Altos residents Donna and Randy Antosiak recently visited Cuba aboard the Fathom ship, Adonia. Once in Havana, Donna says, they “hired a driver to see the ‘real Havana,’ including a tour of Hemingway’s El Florita Bar, where you can taste his famous daiquiri.”

Travel tips: “Make sure you go out on your own for the real people-to-people exchange.  Havana is an easy place to walk around. Take the people’s ferry to the historic fort and Casa Blanca. Also in Havana is the baroque Catedral de San Cristobal and Plaza Viejo, whose buildings reflect the city’s vibrant architectural mix.”
