Caracas, Jun 15 (Prensa Latina) Executive Vice President of Venezuela, Delcy Rodriguez, today chairs a working meeting with the sectorial leaders, with an agenda aimed at re-impelling the economy of the South American country.
The meeting takes place in the Yellow House (headquarters of the Foreign Ministry), in Caracas, and is attended -among other officials- by the new Vice President for Economy, Tareck El Aissami, who on the eve also received the appointment of the newly created Ministry for Industries and National Production.
The meeting seeks to analyze the six strategic lines promoted by the Executive for the 2019-2025 period, also aimed at promoting national dialogue among all the political, social and economic sectors of the country, reported Venezolana de Television.
Along with this meeting, on Friday the authorities installed the second working table of the Presidential Economic Advisory Commission, tweeted the Sectoral Vice Presidency of Economy.
The Minister for Productive Agriculture and Land, Wilmar Castro Soteldo, chairs this working session with national and international experts, to contextualize mechanisms that lead to the country’s recovery.
Promoting the use of electronic money, designing a new remittance policy and guaranteeing an efficient system in favor of productive entrepreneurship were part of the proposals addressed the previous day during the installation of the Presidential Economic Advisory Commission.
In this activity, El Aissami highlighted the renewal of the monetary, exchange, fiscal-tax and financial-banking policies for the government period 2019-2025, and reaffirmed the policy of dialogue as a mechanism to define strategies based on national stability.
