Havana, Apr 21.- Delegates from 20 countries and 250 national representatives will participate in the 8th International Justice and Law Meeting 2016, to be held in Havana from next May 18 to 20, it was reported here today.
The Cuban representation will consist of judges, prosecutors, lawyers and legal advisors who will share criteria with counterparts from countries like Mexico, Venezuela, Ecuador, Spain and Bolivia, foreign delegations with more participants.
The protagonists, according to press release from the Cuban News Agency, discussed in four working committees related issues Criminal Law, Procedure, Criminology and Criminalistics.
They will discuss topics related to civil, administrative and family law; labor and social security law and the field of economic unrest, trade and environment.
The event, according to Director of Training and Development of the Supreme Popular Court, Rufina Hernandez, seeks to reassert as a scientific and legal for reflection and sharing the best experiences, in order to continue improving the administration of justice stage.
Hernandez, president of the organizing committee, reiterated that the meeting to be held at Havana’s Palace of Conventions began his training in 2015 in all provinces of the country, where investigations of judges, prosecutors, lawyers and legal advisers led to the creation of 300 presentations.
