Spanish singer Enrique Iglesias premiered the music video for “Súbeme La Radio” on Feb. 24. He parties in Cuba with featured acts Descemer Bueno and Zion & Lennox.
“Súbeme La Radio” (English: “Turn Up the Radio”) is Iglesias’ latest single since last year’s “Duele el Corazón.” Both preview Enrique’s eleventh studio album. On “Súbeme,” he reunites with Bueno from 2014’s mega-hit “Bailando” and teams with reggaeton act Zion & Lennox. The pure Latin beats are back and soundtrack Iglesias’ party anthem with underlying heartache. Within the celebratory tune, Enrique seeks out the one that got away. Wherever in the world she might be, this “Bailando” part two will surely make its way across her airwaves.
In the music video for “Súbeme La Radio,” Iglesias, Bueno and Zion & Lennox hit up Cuba and party in the streets with the locals. At one of his concerts, Enrique comes across a woman in the crowd that he kisses. When Iglesias is not dancing in Old Havana, he’s searching the city for that girl. The clip for “Súbeme” is rich with Cuban culture and good times.
“Súbeme La Radio” featuring Descemer Bueno and Zion & Lennox is now available on iTunes and Apple Music. No word yet on when to expect the follow-up to 2014’s Sex and Love album.
