Educators From Illinois College to go Ahead with Trip to Cuba

A team of educators from Illinois College in Jacksonville is moving ahead with their planned trip to Cuba this month… despite a State Department warning advising Americans not to go there.

The warning came after incidents where U.S. diplomats and spies were apparently targeted by a mystery attack that caused headaches, hearing loss and memory problems.

The music educators from IC say that no tourists have been targeted… and they want to send a message of cooperation with their Cuban counterparts.
