The Head of State warned that Cuba must advance in a complex scenario, marked by the resurgence of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States for almost six decades.
At the conclusion of the summary of the Government’s visit, the President spoke with santiagueros who waited for four hours to greet him.
The meeting with the population was recurrent in the President’s stay in Santiago de Cuba, where he assessed compliance with the indications of his previous visit, made in June 2018.
