Los Angeles, Jun 9 (Prensa Latina) Cuban artists will participate on Tuesday in the 2020 Latin Alternative Music Conference, one of the best options for their live performance in Covid-19 times.
On the conference, there will be recognized a group of women leaders who have helped promote Latin music at an international level during the Wonder Women of Latin Music.
From June 9 to 13, the event plans carrying out several workshops and panels on the future of live tours, the use of social networks in Covid-19 times and other opportunities for exchange among the community of musicians in the region.
Cuban singer Eric Cimafunk thanked the event’s arrangers for allowing him to play his music along with the band Sweet Lizzy Project, both exponents of the fusion and alternative genre on Cuba.
On Twitter, the Cimafunk stated he will have the chance to share with the bands Los Caligaris (Argentina), Sonrompepera (Colombia), and the Chilean vocalists Francisca Valenzuela and C-Funk in the conference.
For over two decades, the Latin Alternative Music Conference has found new sounds and exponents of the Latin American continent such as the Chilean singer Anita Tijoux and the Mexican Natalia Lafourcafade.
