Cuba, UNRWA work on fighting Covid-19

Cairo, Oct 2 (Prensa Latina) Cuba’s Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) on Friday holds ties with the UN Relief and Work Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), in order to exchange experiences to fight Covid-19.

Representatives of MINSAP, the Central Unit for Medical Cooperation and UNRWA recently participated in a videoconference in order to reflect on the monitoring of patients and other matters related to the fight against the pandemic, Tania Aguiar, Cuban ambassador in Egypt, told Prensa Latina

The virtual dialogue was also focused on the management of isolation sites, the drugs used in Cuba to offer an effective cure, in its primary care system, prevention strategies and the protection of health personnel, she added.
