Cuba to host International Congress on Health Informatics

Havana, Jan 30 (Prensa Latina) Supporting the computerization health system processes with social impact is the main goal of the 13th International Congress on Health Informatics, which will be held from March 16 to 20, 2020, the Infomed website anounced here.

This event, sponsored by the Ministry of Public Health and the Cuban Society of Medical Informatics, will bring together professionals, scientists, technicians, businessmen, government representatives and international organizations at the Havana International Conference Center.

It will be the perfect setting to investigate, promote, analyze and be more acquainted with breakthroughs on information technologies, telecommunications, electronics and automation in health sector.

¨For the digital transformation¨ will be the motto of the event, which is committed to quality and advancement in medical technologies in a context where Cuba is decked out by its efficient health services.

In line with the scientific program, a Fair-Related Exhibition will be conducted at Pabexpo Exhibition Site where the Cuban image will be promoted as a nation with export capacity for information and communication technology development.

During the fair (from March 17-20) companies, labs, entities and specialized firms will exhibit and market their projects, breakthroughs, resources, products and services.
