Cuban national commissioner Pablo Arturo Campins assured to sports news website Jit that besides the members of the national pre-team, other cyclists from provincial teams who are giving the last touches to their training in their territories will be making up the group of riders.
Teams from Holland, Canada and Ethiopia also expressed interest to take part in the competition.
