He will be remembered as a champion of the world’s poor, a figure of Latin American integration, and a fierce anti-imperialist.

Cuba entered its fourth day of mourning on Tuesday over the death of its revolutionary leader Fidel Castro as world leaders travel to the capital to commemorate his life and legacy.

Fidel died the night of Nov. 25 in Havana, aged 90, sending shock and disbelief around the world. Fidel was not only a Cuban hero but an icon of world history for and won’t be forgotten in Cuba or around the world.
