Havana, Mar 9 (Prensa Latina) The Third Convention and International Exhibition of Cuban Industry Cuba Industria 2018 is expected to be attended by more than 30 countries, including Russia, China, Spain, Italy, Argentina, and Brazil.
They are countries with a high industrial development, so the event will serve to establish some level of productive technological partnership and enable linkages with other industrial spheres, stated Ana Iris Cabrera, deputy director of Investment and Cooperation of the Cuban Ministry of Industries.
This will be a favorable scenario for the scientific-technical exchange that serves to consolidate strategic alliances with the national industry, she emphasized.
Cabrera explained the sessions are planned to promote the exportable sectors of the industry and the portfolio of foreign investment opportunities.
In this last section, the industry we serve is represented by 24 projects, of which 10 are planned to be carried out outside the Mariel Special Development Zone, she added.
The biennial meeting will be attended by businessmen, researchers, scientists and national and foreign academics.
