Cuba and Singapore to strengthen cooperation against Covid-19

Havana, Mar 19 (Prensa Latina) Cuba and Singapore on Friday ratified the willingness to expand cooperation, especially in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic that is sweeping the world today.

On his official Twitter account, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez highlighted a recent telephone conversation with his Singaporean counterpart, Vivian Balakrishnan.

According to the head of Cuban diplomacy, during the dialogue they reviewed the good state of bilateral relations and reaffirmed their interest in strengthening coordination in multilateral forums.

Cuba and Singapore have developed diplomatic ties since 1997, which were extended with the opening of the Cuban Embassy in that city-state on November 4, 2015.
