Havana, Mar 10 (Prensa Latina) Cuba and Germany strengthened their relations in the 51st edition of the International Tourism Fair of Berlin (ITB 2018) which continues its program Saturday.
Armgrad Wippler, director of the Political Subdivision for Medium and Small Companies and the sector of Services in Germany, greeted Cuban Tourism Minister Manuel Marrero, who heads the delegation of Cuba in this event.
The Cuban diplomatic legation shared some images of the dialogue between both officials in its account in Twitter Saturday.
Marrero also talked to Angolan Hotels and Tourism Minister Angela Braganca.
‘The friendship of Cuba with the African peoples is undeniable,’ says the note of the embassy.
As a tourist destination, Cuba is present at the event with a stand of 176 square meters, with a modern design that shows our national identity, accompanied by good music and pure cigar that can be enjoyed by German participants and the rest of the world, up to March 11th.
The Cuban delegation is formed by officials from the main Cuban hotel chains, such as Gran Caribe, Cubanacan Hoteles, Islazul, Gaviota, and travel agencies and associates Meliá International, Iberostar, Blue Diamond and Resorts, Roc Hotels, Sercotel Hotels, Hotel Manzana Kempiski, among other representatives.
