Academics state there was no election fraud in Bolivia

Mexico, Dec 5 (Prensa Latina) Former Bolivian president Evo Morales reiterated that there was no fraud in the elections of October 20 in which he was reelected, as claimed by the Organization of American States (OAS) and the coup leaders to justify the overthrow of his government.

The former president referred Wednesday on his Twitter account @evoespueblo to ‘the analysis of 98 statistics experts from several universities such as Harvard, Massachusetts, Cambridge, Toronto, Complutense, UNAM, among others, who deny the existence of fraud in #Bolivia.’

In their statement, they demand the OAS withdraw its misleading statements and ask the US Congress to investigate this body and reject the coup d’état and human rights violations in Bolivia, Morales noted.

‘We have nothing to hide and that is why we have promoted an audit,’ Morales noted, taking the opportunity to warn of the obscure intentions of coup leader Jeanne Añez related to the country’s lithium reserves.

‘Añez’ coup government wants to have diplomatic relations with #Chile again. Surely she wants to give the Chilean oligarchy our nationalized companies and RRNN (natural resources) such as lithium. It doesn’t surprise me, just as Carlos Mesa and his allies wanted to give away our gas,’ Morales tweeted.
